Quality Report

We aim to provide the highest standards in all aspects of patient care for both private and NHS patients. 

The Berkshire Independent Hospital is responsible for providing Quality reports both internally to our local and corporate Medical Advisory Committees and Clinical Governance Committees and externally to our commissioners including Clinical Commissioning Groups, NHS England, the Care Quality Commission and Insurance companies. 

Reports produced may detail:

  • Clinical issues - patient safety incidents, readmissions, returns to theatre, emergency transfers, infection
  • Risk management – audit, training
  • Patient feedback – Friends & Family Test – ‘ 99% of our patients would recommend us to Friends & family’, PROMS, ‘We value your opinion’ Survey
  • Staff satisfaction

Reports are created and data is analysed for trends and actions required and lessons learned are shared in order to continuously improve our services and to provide safe, quality care to our customers.
