Mr Rolton specialises in the management of spinal conditions including the treatment of neck, back and sciatic leg pain. He is experienced in both surgical and non surgical treatments for a range of spinal conditions including disc herniation, spinal stenosis, fractures, tumours, deformity and infection.

Academic background

Mr Rolton is a fellowship trained spinal surgeon working at Berkshire Independent Hospital and the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading. He qualified at Leeds University and completed his higher surgical Trauma and Orthopaedic training on the Oxford Rotation. He has completed an internationally recognised fellowship at Auckland City Hospital, New Zealand.He is an educational supervisor for surgical trainees at the Royal Berkshire Hospital and an instructor on the Advanced Trauma Life Support Course. He has published and presented internationally on spinal research.
